We’re taking the same notion of treating our patients like family in our Primary Care Department. Here, our physicians will help you manage your ongoing medical needs, such as annual wellness checkups, women’s health exams, blood work or monitoring your blood pressure medication.
You’ll be able to establish a one-on-one relationship with your doctor. Our primary care patients in Jackson even have a separate entrance and waiting area. But you won’t be there long!
You’ll always have an appointment, and we’ll work hard to ensure you are seen within a few minutes of your scheduled appointment time. Our lab and X-ray departments are onsite, so you’ll get your results quickly.
Our primary care clinic is open in both our Jackson and Milan locations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We also see patients by appointment two Saturdays each month from 8 a.m. to noon at our Jackson location.
If you are a primary care patient at our Jackson location, you will enter through the center doors just to the right of our main urgent care facility and to the left of the big red Mack truck at the entrance to OCCMed. Infectious patients do not use this waiting room, only primary care and physical therapy patients.
